Titusville Terriers Youth Sports Association is a 501C3 non-profit organization organized by a dedicated community of passionate volunteers whose mission is to help local Titusville youth and their families build skills and relationships that will stay with them into adulthood.

Meet Our Board
Linwood Davis - President
Telly Joiner - Vice President
Vice President Telly Joiner is currently in his fifth year as the Vice President of TTYSA and is marking his sixth year as a Head Coach within the organization. For the upcoming 2026 season, he will lead the 11U Division as Head Coach. Telly has a notable track record, including one Super Bowl championship title and two Super Bowl appearances. He has also achieved 1 division champion and finished as division runner-up at the end of another season, with a total of six playoff appearances throughout his coaching career.
In addition to his coaching accomplishments, Telly brings 20 years of experience in law enforcement and currently serves as a Lieutenant overseeing Community Relations. Outside of serving his community, Telly devotes his time to his amazing wife Arica Joiner, who serves as the TTYSA treasurer and is the team mom for the 11U division. Together, they have three children and one bonus child. Telly is looking forward to the upcoming 2026 season with great anticipation.

Arica Joiner, entering my third year as the Treasurer for TTYSA. I proudly serve as the Team Mom for the 11U Terriers and I am a proud mother to one child, along with three wonderful bonus kids. My life revolves around family and community involvement. I'm inspired by my amazing husband, Telly Joiner, who is the Head Coach of the 11U team. I look forward to another great season. Let’s Go Terriers!
Rebecca Chapman - Fundraising Coordinator
Steven Spangler Equipment Manager & 8U Head Coach
Steven Spangler grew up playing football in Titusville back when the program was known as the Bears. Passionate about the community that helped shape him, he is dedicated to giving back to the next generation of players. Steven served as the 6U Head Coach for the past two seasons and helped run the 2026 Spring Season. This year he will lead the 8U team as Head Coach and looks forward to bringing out the Dawg in every player.
Rachel Spangler – Team Mom Coordinator
Rachel Spangler is a dedicated Team Mom who has supported the 6U teams for the past two seasons and will be serving as the 8U Team Mom this season. She also helped run the 2026 Spring League and brings passion, organization, and heart to the program. As a mom of four, Rachel loves every kiddo like they’re her own and is committed to creating a fun, supportive environment for all players and families.
Terri Benyard -Volunteer Coordinator
I moved to Florida from Pennsylvania in 2021. I have 3 children all boys. I try to stay as involved as I can be. This will be my 3rd year as a Terrier Mom. First year on the board.
I am a Parent Volunteer for Oak Park Elementary. And Volunteer as much as I can for the Terriers.

Justin Stroman - Safety Compliance coordinator
My name is Justin Stroman. I am a brevard native, born and raised here in Titusville. Fun fact: I like to read and learn new things. Universal is one of my happy places. I have a beautiful wife and son that keep me motivated. I am “Safety Compliance coordinator”. I’m easy to get along with and very honest. I have been apart of the league for now three years.
